A graduate/trainee recruitment consultant is needed to join our market leading legal division. This is no ordinary sales role, you will be building relationships and filling vacancies for renowned law firms and blue chip clients, you should be motivated by working to targets and developing your business. It is not call centre type recruitment but a true consultancy where business ethics will earn you a great reputation as a consultant.

Meghen Group’s office division has an enviable client list, including multinational corporations and international banking groups. You will be given the tools to become a recruitment champion as well as being trained in end to end recruitment including developing and identifying new business opportunities, interviewing, building client and candidate relationships, and managing an active job portfolio.
You must have previous experience in customer service, sales or administration, the confidence to deal with clients and a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks. You will be rewarded with accelerated career growth and earning potential.
Joining an established and successful team, you will have at least one year’s experience in the recruitment of office support staff (or a similar high volume environment). You will manage a warm desk , giving you the opportunity to combine account management with business development. Do you have what it takes to be the Face of Meghen Group? We are looking for a bright, vibrant and dynamic person to join the administration team as our main receptionist. This role is more than just switchboard or meet and greet, you will be actively involved in dealing with candidates and clients, assisting with marketing drives and supporting the company’s advertising function. All you need is a stand out personality, previous exposure to an office environment and fantastic communication skills.
