Recruitment Process
- You will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who has knowledge of your business and proven experience of working on similar accounts
- Consultants carry out on-site visits to gain an understanding of your business and culture
- We will liaise and negotiate on your behalf throughout the hiring process:
- Update you on candidate feedback as the situation evolves
- Keep you informed of other opportunities the candidate is pursuing
- Manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process resulting in a high ratio of offers to placements
- Maintain regular contact after candidates are successfully placed to ensure that they are fitting in well and that a full and thorough level of service has been delivered
- Regular reviews of the account to monitor levels of satisfaction
